we do

Our agenda is to change the way wellbeing pathways are achieved, starting with primary healthcare and tackling social determinants that direct how we experience everyday wellbeing. Our glocal multi-disciplinary team co-designs demonstrable and scalable solution models,-in partnership with communities on-ground influencing policies nationally and internationally.

Our initiatives help communities, governments and partners to shape safer, more secure, healthier and prosperous lives across the world. We understand that challenges to wellbeing are not just limited to health; but are also affected by personal, social, economic and environmental factors. These factors invariably determine the health outcomes of people and communities. Hence, our models address the -relationships between these factors, employ a multitude of approaches, focus on outcomes and scale with quality.

Our comprehensive, four-pronged delivery approach promotes health outcomes for marginalised communities. We excel at (1) Demonstrating scalable, cost-effective and sustainable models in partnership with communities (2) Supporting partners to create sustainable impact and (3) Transforming learnings from research into evidence, and action, thereby influencing paradigm shifts in systems, and perceptions around well-being.

Our work loops policy and practice at sub-national, national, regional and international levels, partnering with impact organisations, bilateral, multilateral, government bodies, foundations, academic, and corporate bodies.
