Marginalised workers across industries face critical challenges around well-being outcomes related to health, safety, financial inclusion, livelihood, social protection, and gender equity. Having little or no investment restricts their growth opportunities and their overall quality of life.
Our core values and principles encompass Accountability, Transparency, Ethical Behaviour, Respect, Fairness, Dignity, Inclusiveness, Equity and Equality. We believe business and human can co-exist, ensuring a better and balanced world. Our Workforce Well-being initiatives are designed to positively impact workers’ lives, while also addressing the value of business growth for companies. We are respectful and aligned to each stakeholder’s role in the supply chain, industry norms, and international standards and guidelines. We are deeply committed towards the Well-being of the workers, their families, and communities.
Our focus is on partnering with the workers and their workplaces, to put in place systems and processes for gender equity, workplace safety and security, career mentoring and leadership, integrated with health and well-being interventions.
Our experience in working with work forces has led to innovative approaches and practices like ecosystem approach, caring culture, clustered approach, transformational norms and behaviours, universal help desk mechanisms, well-being centres, and many more. We work with various stakeholders and key actors in the supply chain like factories, civil societies, MSMEs, multi-laterals, and large scale programmes (e.g. Government, NGOs, Social enterprises, Private Sector etc). Our segment-wise approach enables us to deepen our efforts, expand our scope of work to various stakeholders, and offer customised solutions and packages. We aim to ensure ‘Well-being for Workforce’ through partnerships and collaborations, for greater reach, better outcomes, and impact.
Over the last 14 years, we have partnered with over 30 brands and organisations, built our presence in over 351 factories across 14 states in India, and 12 countries across Asian and African regions, through technical support on building capacities, programmes, systems, and workplace policies. We have reached over 230,000 workers and their families (less than 60% are women). We have implemented our empowerment programs among 350 factories in India, and have been providing technical support in Asian and African regions.
