Swasti in collaboration with CISCO, Telangana SACS and Catalyst Management Services Pvt Ltd has designed a technology solution which digitizes the outreach processes on the field while simplifying reporting, monitoring and decision making at all levels. The solution has been used in outreach services with 5100 individuals among Key and Bridge Population communities for HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention - women in sex work, gay men, transgender people, truckers and migrants across 4 Targeted Interventions in Telangana.
