Swasti partners with Superdry on the Women Empowerment- Gender cum Covid Response Programme to reach around 2000 workers and their families from 2 of their supplier factories in NCR region. The program aims to ensure good health, safety and well-being of the workforce and to treat all workers, irrespective of their gender, fairly at work- in the values of respecting and supporting humans within the Superdry supply chain in India.
